Blue lotus + water lily.

Blue water lily is the first flower essence l wrote about in the Sacred flower oracle. This flower is so dear to me as it blooms regularly in Sacred lakes around where l live. I love swimming with them, smelling them and generally infusing myself with their mystical, peaceful love. Obviously they are connected to the waters of life, as the waters are their home, and they do share many of the same benefits and healing frequencies with the much loved blue lotus flower.

Blue water lily flower essence connects us with the sacredness of water, sunlight and the blessings of the merging of light and water. This union reflects the potential for heaven on earth, to call down the light from the celestial realms, welcome it into our bodies and be ignited by the light that it brings. This light is tender and calming, with a mystical quality of ancient, sacred wisdom. Blue water lily flower essence is deeply soothing, bringing inner peace and a silent knowing of the grace within.

We put it in our blue lotus mist, blue lotus perfume and peace flower essence mist. Lotuses and water lillies are different kinds of flowers, but do carry similar and related healing properties. Attuning us to spirit, our spiritual nature, while also celebrating the beauty of embodying the sweetness of life on earth.

With the stresses of modern living and information overload from the happenings in the world, cultivating our inner peace, protecting it and maintaining it, is a warriors feat. l also believe it to be the most effective way to combat external conflicts, heartbreaking world issues and every day human challenges.

I came into these arts of vibrational healing with flowers, aromatherapy and prayer, through this very real need to find peace and maintain it on a daily basis.
